Shipping & Returns
Your goods will be shipped as per the delivery method you chose or that applies to you.
We will always do our very best to get the goods you order to you delivered to you as soon as possible.
As we are a very small organisation sometimes we may at times have difficulty in dispatching orders as we are not staffed every day.
We will always try to notify you of any problems as they arise.
Returns & Exchanges
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked
- for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
If you require a return or an exchange due to a change of mind and provided we accept the return or exchange you are required to pay for all postage costs incurred for the return or exchange.
If the item has a major problem we will cover all the costs of postage and handling for the replacement or the exchange.
